Many of the businesses at the properties we manage see the friendly face of our lead maintenance person Pete Kayfes on a weekly basis .  Pete is well-known for his detailed custodial work and showing true concern when providing maintenance services to our tenants and their employees.  We are fortunate he is a member of our maintenance staff.   We want to thank Pete for his daily efforts and congratulate him on the 12 years of continued service he has provided to Axis Commercial Realty!  The next time you see Pete, send a thank you his way - I'm certain he'll appreciate it and respond with a smile.
