Phil Braun is an owner with Axis Commercial Real Estate, Inc. and has over 25 years of experience in the areas of commercial property management, leasing, and real estate valuation. He brings a wealth of knowledge in the fields of management, general facility and medical facility management; leasing and the commercial brokerage business.
He attended St. Cloud State University earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology and a minor in Business. In addition to his Minnesota Real Estate License, Phil has a Minnesota Boilers License and has held a Minnesota Residential Contractors License. He continues his professional advancement taking courses towards Certified Property Management, Facility Management, and Asset Valuation.
