St. Cloud Management Services was originally incorporated in 1988, only to be renamed Axis Commercial Realty, Inc. in 2003.

Owned by Sandy Dwyer and Phil Braun since 2003, Axis is a hands-on local management company.  Slow, controlled growth has been the manner in which Axis continues to operate. 

Axis manages NNN stores, as well as strip malls, office buildings and mixed-use facilities.
